 the dancefloor and enjoy a day of social dancing tailored for over 50s. Wh
 ether you’re brushing up on your ballroom skills or just there for the m
 usic and movement\, this welcoming event is all about fun\, friendship\, a
 nd staying active. No experience or partner required!\n\nEach session prac
 tises most of the ballroom rhythms – Waltz\, Foxtrot\, Tango\, Quickstep
 \, Rumba\, Cha Cha\, Jive. Although most of the dances are in sequence for
 mat\, every week there is at least one freestyle Modern Waltz\, Quickstep\
 , Foxtrot and Jive on the weekly programme.\n\nLesson 11.05 am to Midday\
 n Social Dance 12.05 pm to 3.00 pm\nDoor opens at 10:55 am\n\nEntry $10 fo
 r Members\n$15 for visitors\n\nEntry fee includes the 1-hour lesson\, free
  tea\, coffee and biscuits for a good part of the day.\n1 x Cash Door Priz
