
These easy no-bake Oreo balls are the perfect thing to bring to share. They are easy to make, fun to decorate and are the perfect bite size pieces. You can add sprinkles, chocolate drizzle, or more Oreo crumbs on top to create an easy but professional finish to them.
Ingredients
- 36 (405g) regular Oreo cookies
- 250g cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 300g baking chocolate (white, milk or dark)
- Optional: for garnish: Sprinkles, Oreo crumbs, addition melted chocolat
Method:
- Fill blender or food processor with Oreos to blend until they become a fine crumb (can also be done by hand with a potato masher)
- Using a handheld or stand mixer with a paddle attachment, beat the Oreo crumbs with cream cheese until combined (this can also be done by hand if needed)
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out mixture and roll into a ball with your hands
- Place balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
- Put chocolate in a bowl and use microwave to melt. Melt in 20 second increments, siring after each one
- Once ready you can either drizzles the chocolate over the top of the Oreo balls or using a spoon or fork, dip them into the melted chocolate
- If you would like, you can sprinkle them with Oreo crumbs, sprinkles or any other garnish you would like
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving
