CAHRS Open Table – Craft & Connection Day

Mark your calendars! Whether you’re a seasoned crafter, a board game enthusiast, a future volunteer, or you just want a fun day to catch up with friends, The Open Table – Craft & Connection Day is for you.

We are opening our doors for a relaxed, all-inclusive day of connection, creativity, and community spirit. This is the perfect chance to kick off 2026, meet new faces, and reconnect with our wonderful community.

Details:

• Saturday 10th January from 9am – 4pm, feel free to join us for an hour or stay all day – it’s completely flexible!
• Free event for all CAHRS Members + Friends of CAHRS. Any past volunteers from the Canning Show are more than welcome.
• Please register your interest here, just so we can understand numbers.
• Bring yourself and a Friend: Everyone is welcome! Bring anyone you know who would enjoy a day of shared company.
• Your Project or Activity: Got a knitting project, a watercolour kit, a favourite board game, or just a good book? Bring it along! All crafts and activities are welcome at our table.
• Snacks to Share: We believe food connects people! Please bring your own lunch/snacks for the day or bring a little extra to share on our communal snack table. Tea & Coffee provided.
